To be great, BE WHOLE; exclude nothing, exaggerate nothing.

We have a saying at The Wholeness Network, "Urban Wholeness". This means starting where you are. Taking steps everyday, no matter how small, toward creating a whole and balanced life.

Things such as meditation and holistic living have been something "out there" for many of us. We hope to give people simple ideas to add to their lives without the need to change whole lifestyles. We don't have to find wholeness on a mountain top in Nepal or through a Shaman in Peru. Both are an option, but wholeness is available to us everywhere and wherever.
