In this class, we’ll explore how to reconnect with your authentic desires and honor your most basic needs without guilt. You’ll learn practical tools for tuning into your inner voice, setting healthy boundaries, and giving yourself permission to want what you want.
This session is an invitation to come home to yourself, embrace your humanity, and step into a more grounded, wholehearted way of living.
